Who We Are

NCR Plaza Owners Association

The NCR Plaza Owners Association is a non-profit registered society formed by the office owners of the NCR Plaza commercial complex, located at New Cantt Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

The association was formally registered on 12 February 2026 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act No. 21) by the Government of Uttarakhand. It is governed by an elected management committee that oversees building maintenance, common amenities, and the overall welfare of all owners and tenants.

The building itself is a landmark multi-storey commercial complex featuring a modern glass façade on New Cantt Road — one of Dehradun's primary commercial thoroughfares. With 50+ offices housing national corporations, banks, and insurance providers, NCR Plaza has become a trusted address for businesses across Uttarakhand.
